1. How long will it take to clear my own karma?

This is completely up to you and is not possible to predict. Many issues can be resolved in a matter or moments, others may take longer to resolve. Each problem is unique and a case by case situation. 

2. What if I primarily want to use the program to free myself from anxiety?

Great! Underneath many, if not most karma issues are layers of fear and anxiety that need healing. That's why the program is so effective for chronic anxiety as well as money, success and relationship blocks. We suggest that you use KHM on any challenging issue or goal that you have.  

3. What if I don't believe in past lives?

There is no need to believe in past lives. While we do use this term within the program to make a concept easy to understand, Abby openly acknowledges that what we view as "past lives" may simply be stories created by our minds to give us context for healing and evolution.  

4. Do I have to believe in energy healing to get results?

Absolutely not. However, it's best to be open to the possibility that this method can help you.  If you are not, we recommend that you read Abby's testimonials here. After reading them if you feel you are not open to this approach, we suggest that you seek a different solution to your problem. 

5. What is the program platform?

The program is offered via Zoom video conference and telephone. You can join the calls on either platform. The calls will be recorded and by joining you consent to be included in the recordings. All recordings are the sole property of Facilitated Recovery, LLC. 

6. What if I can't make one of the live calls?

The program calls will be recorded so that you can listen at a later time.
